There’s a quiet moment that lives behind the content I share.
A soft pull, a breath between the scroll and the spark.
This is where I peel back the curtain—
to show you what non-performative means in my world.
Especially when it comes to marketing,
especially when it comes to social media.
See—
I love to dance.
Not for the algorithm.
Not the TikTok kind of dancing.
But because it brings me joy.
Because moving my body is a daily practice.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017,
and when I share a reel of movement,
with a voiceover or a caption stitched in,
it feels like making art.
It lights something up in me—
my inner artist sighs with relief.
This isn’t about proving.
This isn’t about performing.
This is about expression—rooted, real, embodied.
But here’s the interesting thing:
What feels true and liberating in my body
might feel like a performance in yours.
And vice versa.
We don’t all express from the same place.
Sometimes we have to try things on.
Slip into a new format, a different tone,
and ask our body: Does this fit?
Sometimes we go through the motions,
not to become someone else,
but to remember who we are.
So give yourself room to evolve.
Let your brand be a living conversation—
not a polished presentation.
Let it move. Let it breathe.
Don’t be afraid to explore.
To land somewhere freer.
To find your way to a form of marketing
that doesn’t feel like a mask,
but like a mirror—
reflecting your truth
