Her intention is to support your growth, inspiring you to learn from the wisdom discovered on the mat; and anchoring this knowledge into your everyday experiences.

Embodied Yoga Membership

(Online + weekly zoom class) Our intention within the Embodied Temple is a virtual sanctuary is to illuminate your Cultivation + Sacred Space within your everyday life where integration intersects with practices.  Supporting your path, practices, integration, and sacred space through the pathways of YOGA/ BREATH/ PRACTICES/ COMMUNITY.

One on One Yoga Sessions

Guiding you to connect with what your yoga practice is for you, we discover this through our sessions with the utmost curiosity, listening to the body, and practices that support you deeply.


Kirtan, is an ancient yogic practice, like a singing meditation guiding us into our heart space. No experience is needed.  The practice invites us into the essence of community and unity.

Mini Retreat Series

We flow hybrid style, all classes are in studio in Fall River NS and we will be online simultaneously. We have a Winter/Spring and Autumn offering.

Yoga in the Community

​Natalie loves collaborating with other communities, teachers, and holistic practitioners. Offering yoga/yogic practices, kirtan, for workshops, events, memberships, retreats, and groups online + in- persons.

The schedule includes the Zoom link for online classes and location for in-person classes. 
Any canceled classes will be updated within the Calendar.
