Yoga Somatic Healing 1:1 Sessions ONLINE + IN-PERSON
Experience the power of gentle yoga inspired by somatic a approach to healing trauma, chronic pain, and emotional blockages. Our skilled guide Natalie with over a decade experience and trainings within Yoga, Somatic Work, Trauma Informed Certified(6 year program) will guide you through gentle movements and exercises that promote greater body awareness and release tension and stress held within the body.
Please be aware that Natalie values ethical practices and recognizes the depth of this work. There may be instances where trauma is triggered during or after our sessions. It is essential for you to have access to a qualified professional, such as a licensed therapist or other trauma-informed talk therapy practitioners, who can assist you in navigating these experiences. Natalie is not a therapist and does not provide diagnosis or guidance in talk therapy for healing. The purpose of these sessions is to facilitate a connection with your body and the pathways that empower your own healing journey. When trauma is disclosed or arises during sessions, a compassionate space is held. In such cases, you will be encouraged to reach out to your trusted professional to navigate the complexities of your experiences. This ensures that you receive comprehensive support and allows Natalie to stay within her area of expertise without exceeding her boundaries.

About your Highly Skilled Guide
Natalie, an experienced yoga teacher with a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices, has embarked on her own personal journey of healing from Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). Having undergone a rigorous six-year course specializing in being Trauma-Informed, alongside trauma informed yoga, she has not only gained the knowledge and skills to guide others through somatic healing, but she has also become her own beacon of hope. Natalie’s lived experience with trauma recovery has shaped her approach, making her a compassionate and empathetic instructor. Through her classes, she shares the tools that became life-savers on her path to healing, empowering her students to embark on their own transformative journeys. Natalie’s dedication to giving back extends beyond the studio as she actively volunteers with various non-profit organizations within her local community, speaking from her own lived experience to offer hope and guidance to those seeking their own paths to recovery.
